Avionté API updates: January 2026
In January 2026, we delivered new Front Office endpoints and events, a fix, and new endpoints and enhancements in the Back Office API. See below for details.
Front Office
This section highlights Front Office API updates, including new endpoints, new webhook events, and a fix to improve job document handling.
New Endpoints
- Create an HCM User
Creates an HCM User record that will allow a user to be able to log into BOLD. This endpoint includes a step-by-step recipe demonstrating how to create and configure an HCM user. - Update an HCM User
Updates an existing HCM User record.
New Events
- job_post_created
Thejob_post_createdevent is sent after a new job post has been created. - job_post_updated
Thejob_post_updatedevent is sent after a job post has been updated. - job_post_deleted
Thejob_post_deletedevent is sent after a job post has been removed, either manually or automatically.**

Uploaded Job Documents Appeared as Job Descriptions
Resolved an issue where documents uploaded using the Upload a Document to Job endpoint were incorrectly treated as job descriptions. From a user perspective, this appeared as if the job description was being duplicated when documents were uploaded.With this fix, documents uploaded through the Upload a Document to Job endpoint no longer appear as job descriptions and now correctly appear only in the Job Documents section.
Back Office
This section includes new Back Office endpoints and enhancements.
New Endpoint
- Get Time Entries by Time Entry Batch GUID Retrieves a paginated list of time entries for the requested time entry batch GUID.
Enhancements
- The Get a List of Suppliers endpoint now includes the
feinproperty, which is Federal Tax EIN of the supplier. - The Get Benefit Partner Transaction Types endpoint now includes the
isPayCodeproperty which indicates whether the transaction type is a paycode.
