In February 2025, we introduced an enhancement to the Front Office API and a new event in the Back Office API. The Front Office update ensures backward compatibility for bundled jobs by supporting two different schemas for representing job shifts across multiple job-related endpoints. In the Back Office, a new event now notifies when a previously closed accounting period has been reopened. Read on for full details.
In January 2025, we introduced several enhancements to the Front Office API and updates to the Back Office API. Front Office updates include the addition of the shiftName
property to the Get a Job and Get a Placement endpoints, support for a new emailAddress2
property across multiple Talent endpoints, and improvements to the company_address_created
event. In the Back Office, we introduced the AccountingPeriodClosedEvent and updated the PayrollBenefitExportReadyEvent with two new properties: SupplierGuid
and AccountingPeriodDate

In December, we’ve introduced several updates across the Back Office and Front Office APIs. In the Back Office API, seven new endpoints and two events have been added. Enhancements now allow the use of the FrontOfficeTenantId
header and include a new backOfficeUuid
