This endpoint is deprecated. Please use the 'Get a list of Tags for a Talent' endpoint, which also returns a list of all tags for a talent, but respects custom tag category definitions for a client.

An integer identifier for the tenant that the request is being made for. Required when Tenant header is not provided.
